Our meal plans are designed to meet your personal dietry recuirements. Choices for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free meals available.

Depending on if you are interested in individual and/or group training the times below may vary.
Accommodation
We work closely with a modern resort located 200 meters from the gym. Near the peaceful Bang Niang Beach, we offer relaxing stays in simply furnished rooms surrounded by tropical landscapes. There is an outdoor pool, a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi.
Please enquire well in advance (one week if possible) to secure your room.
